What is UV flated printing?
UV flatbed printing is a high-end printing process that uses ultraviolet light to instantly cure ink as itprints. This creates vibrant colors, sharp detail, and durable prints ona wide variety of rigid materials
What materials can you print on?
We can print directly onto most rigid surfaces, including:
- Acrylic
- Aluminum & Dibond
- Wood & MDF
- Plastics (PVC, PETG, Styrene, etc.)
- Glass
- Foam board & Gatorboard
- Flat Stone, ceramic, and tile
- Leather and certain fabrics
If the surface is flat (under 2” thick)and fits on our 4’ × 8’ bed, we can likely print on it.
Can you print on customer - supplied materials?
Yes. You can bring your own panel, sheet, plaque, award, or pre-cut product. We’ll inspect it to makesureit’s flat & thatthe ink will adhere properly.
How large can you print?
Our UV flatbed printer can handle sheetsup to 98″ × 51″ (8 ft × 4 ft)in one pass, and up to 2” thick
Do you offer white ink?
Yes — we print CMYK + White, which is perfect for:
- Dark materials
- Clear materials (like acrylic or glass)
- Multi-layer printing
- Backlit signs
- Adding opacity behind artwork
White ink allows your colors to stay bright and accurate on any surface.
Do you offer raised, textured, or 2.5D printing?
Yes! We can build up layers of ink to create raised textures, embossed effects, and tactile prints. Great for:

UV-cured ink is:

What thickness can you print up to?
We can print on materials up to 2 inches thick, as long as the surface is flat for consistent printing.
Can you print custom jig-based items?
Yes — we specialize in jig setups for:

If it lays flat, we can align it and print accurately.
Do you match brand colors?

How long does printing take?
Most projects are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on size, complexity, and material availability. Rush options may be available.
Do you offer installation?
For certain products — especially sports facilities, locker rooms, and interior signage — we can handle installation or partner with our sister company to do it.
