By using this website and placing an order with All Star Texas, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started

3. Customer-Provided Files

You are responsible for all files submitted, including:

  • Accuracy
  • Resolution (recommended 300 DPI)
  • Spelling, layout, and design


All Star Texas is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork.

4. Proof Approval

If a proof is provided:

  • Customer approval is required before production
  • Approval confirms layout, sizing, spacing, spelling, grammar, and design

Once approved, All Star Texas is not liable for any errors.

5. Color & Print Variations

Due to the nature of UV printing and materials:

  • Colors may vary from screen to print
  • Texture, finish, and material may affect appearance


These variations are not considered defects.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

By submitting files, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or
  • You have permission to reproduce the content


All Star Texas is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer submissions.

7. Promotional Use of Orders

All Star Texas reserves the right to:

  • Photograph
  • Reproduce
  • Share completed orders for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media, website, and advertising)


If you do not want your order used for promotional purposes, you must notify us in writing at: sales@allstarupholstery.net

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom orders are non-refundable
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for:
    • Damaged products
    • Verified production defects


Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

9. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • File issues
  • Material availability
  • Equipment or production factors

10. Limitation of Liability

All Star Texas is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Customer-submitted content errors
